• Facilitate Employer–Worker interactions

• Provide optional AI assistant responses and summaries

4. Verification & Data Storage

• Verification data may be stored securely
• Employers may access verification results where permitted
• KOVR does not sell verification data

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers including:

• Sentry (error monitoring)
• Rybbit (analytics)
• Resend (email delivery)
• OpenAI (AI processing for the optional KOVR AI assistant feature)

Future payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) will process payment data under their own privacy policies.

When you choose to use KOVR AI, we may send the prompt you type, any file or image context you choose to include, and relevant recent AI conversation context to OpenAI through our backend so the assistant can generate a response. We do not intentionally send unnecessary profile data for AI processing.

6. Data Sharing

We may share information:

• With Employers as required for work opportunities
• With service providers
• With OpenAI when you choose to use the optional AI assistant feature
• When legally required

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

No system is completely secure.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for:

• Platform operation
• Legal compliance
• Dispute resolution

9. User Rights

10. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside Canada as the Platform expands.
